I'm not a "tech guy." Will this be too complicated for me?
No. The whole point of done-for-you is that you don't have to figure any of it out. We build it, we train you in plain English on tools you already know how to use (your phone, your laptop, Jobber's app), and we stay available when something doesn't make sense. If you can text a customer back, you can run these systems.
What if AI gets my quotes wrong and I lose money?
Fair concern. The AI quoting tool is trained on your rates and your material costs — it doesn't make numbers up. It's also a draft, not a sent quote. You see every quote before it goes out and adjust whatever you want. Think of it as a really fast estimator that never forgets the dump fees, not a robot replacing your judgment.
Why should I pay you and not just figure this out myself with YouTube?
You can — and if you have 80 spare hours over the next two months and enjoy debugging integrations at 11pm, go for it. What you're paying for is time and the right thing the first time. What happens if I want to leave or stop the retainer?
You keep everything. The Jobber account, the QuickBooks file, the Notion manual, the AI quoting tool — all of it is in your name, on your accounts. The retainer is cancel-anytime by email. No off-boarding fee, no "data hostage" situation, no contract to read. That's a deliberate choice.
How is this different from hiring a bookkeeper or office manager?
